End User License Agreement

Please read this agreement carefully before using our services

Grant of License

We grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Game solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes.

Restrictions on Use

You agree not to:

Modify, reverse engineer, or decompile any part of the Game
Use cheats, automation software, or exploit vulnerabilities
Sell, rent, or sublicense the Game or any virtual items

Ownership

All rights, title, and interest in and to the Game, including all content and intellectual property, are owned by the developer and its licensors.

Termination

We may terminate this license without notice if you breach any terms of this agreement. Upon termination, you must cease all use of the Game.

Disclaimer of Warranties and Limitation of Liability

The Game is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of the Game.

User-Generated Content (Mods)

You may create and share user-generated content (e.g., mods), provided that:

You do not infringe on any third-party intellectual property rights
Your content does not violate our community standards or terms
You grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, irrevocable license to use, modify, and distribute your mods within the Game and related services

You retain ownership of your original mod content but understand that we may use it without compensation or attribution. Commercialization of mods is not permitted without our prior consent.

Community Conduct and Violations

When using our services, including but not limited to in-game chat, forums, comments, and community platforms, you agree to maintain appropriate conduct. Prohibited behaviors include:

Posting offensive, harassing, discriminatory, or hateful content
Sharing false, spam, or misleading information
Engaging in fraudulent activities or attempting to deceive other users
Violating any applicable laws or regulations

Violations of community standards may result in:

Warnings or temporary restrictions on your account
Removal of infringing content
Temporary suspension of account access
Permanent termination of account (ban) for severe or repeated violations

We reserve the right to take any action we deem necessary to maintain a safe and respectful community environment. The severity of violations and our enforcement actions are at our sole discretion.

Official Interpretation and Final Decision Rights

We reserve the exclusive right to interpret, enforce, and make final decisions on all matters related to this agreement, including but not limited to:

Determining what constitutes a violation of this agreement or our community standards
Deciding appropriate enforcement actions for any violations
Resolving disputes regarding account suspensions, bans, or terminations
Modifying or updating the terms of this agreement at any time

All our decisions regarding account actions (including warnings, suspensions, and permanent bans) are final. We are not obligated to provide detailed explanations or engage in appeal processes, although we may do so at our sole discretion. By using our services, you acknowledge and agree that our interpretation and enforcement of this agreement are binding and final.
